Cisco 1841 is a highly capable router that provides the full feature set needed for small or remote office connectivity to the Internet or other private networks. Step1. Connect the Cisco serial console cable into the 9-pin serial port on the back of the computer and then connect the other end of the serial console cable into the serial console port on the router 1841.

Step2. Select the "Start" button on Windows XP and then select "All Programs" in the menu that appears. Then select "Accessories."
